Ingredients:
- 2 cups spinach
- 8 carrot coins
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 4 beets, sliced
- ¼ cup garbanzo beans
- 1 Tbsp cashews
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
Directions:
- 1) Place spinach in a bowl.
- 2) Top with carrot coins, tomatoes, beets, garbanzo beans, cashews and dressing.
