  • 8 oz whole-wheat spaghetti

  • 1 zucchini, grated

  • 1 carrot, grated

  • 1 jar marinara sauce

  • 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta.

  2. Brown meat in a skillet.

  3. Add vegetables and cook 3 minutes.

  4. Pour in marinara and simmer 10 minutes.

  5. Toss with pasta.
