2 chicken breasts, sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
2 carrots, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
