Harvest Smoothie
Ingredients
1-cup canned pumpkin
1-cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1-cup fat-free milk
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of Nutmeg
Pinch of Brown Sugar
Optional: sliced banana about 1 cup
Directions
Blend at medium speed for 1-2 minutes or until preferred texture.
Sprinkle with nutmeg and a little brown sugar
Pour into cup and enjoy!
