Harvest Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1-cup canned pumpkin

  • 1-cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

  • 1-cup fat-free milk

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of Nutmeg

  • Pinch of Brown Sugar

  • Optional: sliced banana about 1 cup

Directions

  • Blend at medium speed for 1-2 minutes or until preferred texture.

  • Sprinkle with nutmeg and a little brown sugar

  • Pour into cup and enjoy!
